Restrictions
You must be eighteen (18) years of age and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products. As a responsible reseller of vape products, Shop Vapes UK must ensure that we do not sell to minors. Therefore, we conduct a one-time age verification check for every user account to ensure that all our customers are over the age of 18 via our age verification partner, VerifyMyAge.
Shop Vapes UK will not sell our products to minors and reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Shipping, Availability, Refunds, and Returns
Free postage & packaging is available for UK Mainland Customers on purchases over £20.
Please note: For orders delivered to a non-residential address such as an office or other shared or commercial addresses, you (the buyer) take full responsibility for the item if signed for or delivered to a third party. Vape Green Ltd is not responsible for items delivered or signed-for but not received at the requested address.
We aim to process and ship orders the same working day if payment is made before 3pm GMT and you have passed the age verification process; otherwise, the next working day.

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.
Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Shop Vapes UK and the customer hereby submit.
Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Shop Vapes UK shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, or the transmission of your personal information over our systems.
Payment
Payment is due before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been authorized by Shop Vapes UK, in which case payment is due 14 days from the date of invoicing. Shop Vapes UK reserves the right to withhold supplies and suspend any further deliveries if payment is overdue. We accept payment from major credit and debit cards through PayPal.
Prices
The total price of the goods ordered will be the price shown at the time of the order. The full purchase price as well as the cost of packaging and shipment will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you commit to the order.
All our products are duty-paid in the United Kingdom, and the purchase price includes VAT (sales tax) at the current rate.
Placing items in your cart does not “reserve” them or guarantee that you will be able to order them. Your order is not complete and in the system until you have returned to our site from the PayPal payment site, having fully completed payment. Therefore, if you have limited stock or fast-selling items in your cart, they could sell out if someone else is purchasing the same item at the same time and completes checkout before you.
If you forget to order something and place another order later on, please do not ask us to combine your order or refund shipping costs. Multiple orders may automatically be combined by our batch processing system or they may not, depending on where the two orders are in the batch, and it’s not something we can alter or accommodate.
Cancellations
By law, customers in the UK have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The original postage and packing costs will not be reimbursed, and you must pay the return shipping costs. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All returns must be sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.
If making a return during your cooling-off period, items returned must be in unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. Returned items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions or a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
You must let us know if you wish to return your purchase by using our contact form in advance of returning any product to us for any reason. Returns are only accepted if you have contacted us via email for authorization prior to the return and the return has been sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.
Bitcoin Refunds
Refunds will be processed back in Bitcoin at the current price at the time of the refund. You may receive a different amount of Bitcoin than originally sent due to movements in the price, but the fiat value will always be the same.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can do our very best to assist you promptly.
Any items that have broken in transit need to be reported within 24h of receiving the goods. In the unlikely event that you receive a broken item in your order, please email a photo clearly displaying the fault along with a brief explanation to support@ShopVapesUK.co.uk before discarding the item/items. We are unable to issue replacements for items that have been discarded before contacting us. Due to e-liquids being consumable products, we are unable to issue any replacements for faults not reported within this time or are missing proof such as clear photographic evidence.
E-cigarette batteries and atomizers are consumable items expected to degrade and fail over time (depending on usage) and this is reflected in our keen pricing. We check all products when we receive them from the factory and again before we ship them to you but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is non-operational from the start, it is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) and will be replaced (at our own cost) provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt and provided we have sufficient stock of the item on hand and that you adhere to our returns policy.
Due to the high probability of accidental misuse in today’s multi-voltage vaping environment, atomizers, and Tanks/Clearomizers are non-returnable/non-refundable for any reason with the exception of the DOA terms. Longevity, performance, and taste are not covered under warranty. Tanks/Clearomizers are sold as single-use items and are warranted under the DOA terms if they fail to “fire-up” on first use only or if they do not show a resistance measurement when checked with a multimeter, and if you notify us within 2 days of receipt.
Replaceable battery cells and their associated chargers are covered by a 60-day warranty if used in accordance with the instructions and only with the recommended accessories supplied by Shop Vapes UK. Your warranty is invalidated if you use our products in combination with other products or accessories not supplied by us due to the potential for damage caused by unknown incompatibilities.
E-liquids, cartridges, and drip tips may not be returned under any circumstances for safety and hygiene reasons.

Note that replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty of the original purchase (not an entirely new warranty period).
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Shop Vapes UK. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. We do not pass your information to any third parties. PayPal, our payment provider, collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance, and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Security
PayPal, our payment provider, uses state-of-the-art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. We do not store any card data.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Shop Vapes UK and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Shop Vapes UK has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
