Design & Build

The Zap! Instafill is a rechargeable and auto-refillable disposable vape, equipped with a 10ml bottle of 20mg (2%) nicotine salt E-Liquid.

How to Use

Utilising a smart vacuum pump mechanism, the device allows for easy refilling. Simply insert the E-Liquid bottle, tilt the device, and press the button at the top to activate the pump, which efficiently transfers the liquid into the 2ml pod.

When the E-Liquid level is low, the vacuum pump can be used again to refill the pod, eliminating the need for fiddling with fill ports.

To begin vaping, insert the battery and the E-Liquid bottle. There are no buttons or complex settings—just inhale through the mouthpiece to start vaping.

Battery

The kit includes a 500mAh battery that is both rechargeable and removable. This design not only extends the device’s lifespan but also enhances its eco-friendliness, as the battery can be removed and recycled. The device supports USB-C fast charging.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the Zap! Instafill reduces waste compared to single-use disposables. Once the E-Liquid bottle is empty, the kit’s components—the battery, bottle, and device—can be separated and recycled individually.
