Description
Sharp, bright and unfussy, Citrine – Lemon Lime Shortfill E-Liquid by Crystalized 100ml is a two-fruit citrus mix that does exactly what the label says. There is no dessert layer and no cooling agent hiding behind it, just peel and juice.
Citrus blends live or die on how sour they are allowed to be, and this one is pitched sharp rather than sweetened into lemonade. The yellow panel on the bottle is a fair warning of what is inside.
Flavour Profile
The inhale leads with lime, zesty and green, with the faint bitterness you get from the peel rather than the cordial. It hits the sides of the tongue first and wakes the palate up quickly.
On the exhale the lemon opens out, rounder and a little sweeter, softening the lime without smoothing it away. The finish is clean and dry, leaving no syrupy coating behind.
Key Features
Mixed at an even 50/50 balance, this is a thin liquid that moves fast through cotton and gives a firmer throat hit than a high-VG juice would. Vapour is modest, flavour is forward.

Adding Nicotine
Shortfills come nicotine-free, which is what allows them to be sold in a larger bottle. The space left under the cap is meant for nicotine shots, and how many you add is entirely your call.
Pour the shots in, seal the bottle and shake it properly rather than swirling it. Once the liquid looks like one consistent colour it has mixed, and it can go straight into a tank.
How It Vapes
Citrus is one of the flavours that suffers most in a thick, high-VG mix, where the sharpness gets buried under vapour. At this ratio the acidity comes through cleanly and the aftertaste stays short.
It also resists palate fatigue better than most sweet blends, so it works well as the liquid you go back to between heavier flavours. Keep a bottle beside a dessert juice and the contrast does the work for you.
The two fruits are pitched close enough together that neither takes over completely, which is less common than it sounds. Most lemon and lime mixes push the lemon forward because it is the easier of the two to sweeten, leaving the lime as a faint green note somewhere behind it.
Straightforward, sharp and easy to live with. Shop now.
